SSS Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes

Well, all good things must come to an end, so it's a bitter-sweet week for me as today is the last week for me guest designing over at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge blog. It was such a fun experience and I hope I get the chance to do something like this again!

The challenge this week is "Anything Goes.' We are featuring lil' inkers and Clearly Besotted this week, you don't have to use them to play along, although we would love to see them!
For my card, I started off by paper piecing the turtle. Paper piecing is one of my favourite techniques since I don't have a lot of things to colour with! 
Once I was done that, I inked around the edges with distress ink and then I adhered it to the a 3 1/2 by 4 3/4 piece of white cardstock.
To finish it off, I stamped the seaweed at the bottom along with a sentiment and then glued on some sequins!

    totally adorable card Tessa :-) the image is super cute and I love the paper piecing ! The sequins look just like bubbles, the whole design of this is adorable :-)
