For this card I started out by pressing a piece of watercolour cardstock from Tim Holtz into Wild Honey, Iced Spruce and Tumbled Glass distress ink; repeatedly pouncing into the colour until I was happy with it. I inked around the edges with Iced Spruce and Vintage Photo. I stamped the man from the Paris Memoir stamp set and inked him up with various distress ink colours. I stamped a gear (which ended up being kinda hidden) with a hand made stamp using a gear die and craft foam. I adhered the piece of tissue tape with modpodge.
I tied around some twine and threaded a word band through it. I stamped the sentiment in Timber Brown ink and popped up the little french man. haha.
This card has a lot more steps than I would usually put into a card. I would usually save something like this for an art journal or canvas, but I really think it all works well together!
